Bread - Buns

The baguette is the white bread classic from France. It is really crispy and has a strong, aromatic taste.

Ingredients : wheat flour, water, yeast, dried wheat sourdough, salt, dried glucose syrup, rapeseed oil.

This bread is vegan.

In Hebrew, Bethlehem means "place of bread". It is therefore only natural that our bakery is located in Bern-Bethlehem. This is also the reason for the name of our home-made bread. Bread made from rye flour has a slightly firmer structure than bread made from pure wheat flour. On the other hand, they have a stronger taste, are firmer and stay fresh longer.

Ingredients : Brown flour (wheat), rye flour, vegetable margarine (rapeseed oil - partially hydrogenated -, coconut oil), salt, yeast.

Brown bread is a bread that is only available in Switzerland. Brown breads are made with a flour of medium milling degree; it still contains part of the outer layers of the husk of the grain.

Ingredients : Ruch flour (wheat), water, yeast, salt, dried sourdough (wheat and rye).

Budgetbrot is crispy on the outside and fresh on the inside. The proportion of rye flour gives the semi-white bread a special taste and keeps it fresh for longer.

Ingredients: semi-white flour (wheat), rye flour, vegetable margarine (rapeseed oil - partially hydrogenated -, coconut oil), yeast, salt.

This bread is vegan.

For our Ciroletta breads we let the dough rest longer than for the other breads. The dough is left to rest for 24 hours, which gives it an aromatic taste.

Ingredients: white and half white flour (wheat), rye and malt flour, yeast, salt, water, gluten, rye leaven.

Airy, crispy and soft in mouth - this is how the classic among light breads presents itself.

Ingredients : Semi-white flour (wheat), water, yeast, salt, dry sourdough (wheat and rye).

Ingredients: white flour, butter, milk powder.
