Wine - Liquor

Casanova is a blend of Gamay and Garanoir. Aged in oak vats for 12 months and unfiltered to keep all its richness. This wine has aromas of ripe fruit with silky tannins and a beautiful roundness. On the nose, a lovely bouquet of raspberry and cherry comes through. With its dark ruby colour, it goes perfectly with red meat, game, poultry and cheese dishes. It is also pleasant as an aperitif. 

40% Gamay, 60% Garanoir.

13% vol. 

Very fine wine, fruity nose, minerality on the palate, aromas of grilled almonds, mango and citrus fruit. Accompanies fine fish in sauce, salads, fish terrines, sea fish and poultry. Clear colour, crystalline freshness. Fine nose with aromas of white flowers, balanced and fat on the palate, harmonious finish.

12,5% vol.

In the traditional process of maceration and distillation, Matte Dry Gin is made by hand with 11 plants. Some of the elements used in Matte Dry Gin are cubeb pepper, coriander and ginger pomace, which give it its fresh and spicy aroma. Handmade with grain distillate for the highest standards - for all those who not only drink gin but also enjoy it.

Ingredients: Grain distillate, juniper, coriander, violet spice, cubeb pepper, peppermint, lemon peel, ginger, orange stock, grains of paradise, cinnamon.

Organic Mousseux Blanc de blanc, Domaine de La Croix (VD).

Mousseux with a very elegant, fine and fruity bouquet. Fermented at a very low temperature to preserve all the aromas of the grapes. It can be served as an aperitif, alone or in a bowl with fresh fruit, this presentation is refreshing in summer. It goes particularly well with seafood and oysters.

Drink between 6 and 8°C.

Matte Organic Vodka is distilled crystal clear from pure organic grain.

The double filtration and the pure Bernese water make it pleasantly mild with a long, round finish. Handmade for the highest demands.

Ingredients: Organic cereals, distilled water.

This wine mixes powerful aromas of red and black fruits, followed by notes of fruit and flowers: raspberry, cherry and violet. Elegant tannins and beautiful freshness. Accompanies many dishes such as poultry, rabbit, veal, meat pies. Very well balanced, this Pinot Noir is suitable for many food and wine pairings. Moderate red colour with purplish tints. On the palate, beautiful fruity attack, fine and silky tannins.

13% vol.

A lively, floral and delicate (Gamay) rosé, to be drunk chilled. Ideal wine for summer evenings. As an aperitif, as well as with pasta, mixed salads, fish or exotic dishes.

12,5% vol.

This wine combines aromatic intensity and liveliness, beautiful power and persistence on the palate. Ideal with fish and seafood, fish tartar, summer salads and dry cheeses. Light yellow to pale green. Citrus fruit and blackcurrant buds form its nose, exotic touches that evoke passion fruit. Long persistence, lively, balanced, original and concentrated wine. Aromatic and full of character.

13% vol.

For the sloe gin, fruits are collected along the Aare and frozen. The mixture of gin and fruits matures with other ingredients until the aroma has developed intensively. Slightly sweet and bitter on the palate with juniper, fruits and almond flavours. Handcrafted for the highest demands - for all those who not only drink gin but enjoy it.

Ingredients: Grain distillate, juniper, cinnamon, blackthorn, coriander, violet spice, cubeb pepper, lemon peel, ginger, cardamom, peppermint, orange peel.

Syrah 1er Cru from Domaine de Beauvent. This Syrah, with a rich and ample structure, is matured in oak barrels for 18 months. Pepper and spices dominate the flavours of this wine with a dark garnet colour. You can also guess the aromas of violet and blackberry. A wine that combines elegance and terroir, perfect to accompany red meat, game, poultry or cheese dishes. This Syrah has a strong ageing potential.
