Homemade bernese burger
Beef burger (100% beef).
Conservation: To be consumed the same day. Keep refrigerated. Take care not to bring the meat into direct contact with other meat/food. Cook the burger thoroughly.
Ingredients: Beef (Switzerland), wheat flour, breadcrumbs (yeast), table salt, whole egg (Switzerland free-range) powder, spices, grained broth (seasoning, salt, vegetable fat), spice extract (with celery).
