Ingredients: Sugar, extract of hibiscus, lime, mallow and orange blossoms, peppermint, alpine roses, verbena, acidifier: citric acid.
About the artisans
The "Sirupier de Berne" process freshly squeezed fruit juices and dried, hand-picked herbs. The rich and natural colours are the result of a delicate processing. "Flavour enhancers and other artificial additives are not permitted in our house". Fair prices for raw materials, good contact with distributors and short delivery routes are also important to them. This is why they focus mainly on regionality. The syrup factory is still located in the Breitenrain district of Berne and the production is still artisanal.
