Citrus curd tart
Ideal to finish the meal on a sour note!
Ingredients for 4 persons:
1 x shortcrust pastry
1 x organic lemon
1 x lime
1 x butter (70gr)
1 x sugar (100gr)
3 tbsp flour
First step, pre-bake the dough: Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Flour and roll out the dough to the desired size. Roll out the dough in a buttered pan and prick it with a fork. Place a disk of baking paper on the bottom and fill with dried peas. Bake for approx. 20 m. Leave to cool. Remove the paper and the dried vegetables from the bottom of the pie.
Second step, prepare the 2 lemon cream: Finely grate the peel and squeeze the juice from both lemons. In a bowl, whisk 100g sugar, 3 tbsp flour and 2 eggs until smooth. Whisk in 50g butter, then the zest and juice of the lemons.
Last step, baking: Fill the bottom of the tart with the mixture. Smooth the surface with a spatula and bake for about 30 minutes. Remove the tart from the oven, let it cool and place in the refrigerator.

For 1 bowl, this pack contains:

1 tablespoon of olive oil
- Cook the broccoli, then run it under cold water.

- Let stand in a cool place for 30 minutes or eat immediately.
