Lamb shoulder confit with garlic and lemon

For 4 people, this recipe contains :
1 leg of lamb (about 1kg)
4 tablespoons of honey
2 cloves of garlic
In addition, you will need :
2 tbsp. olive oil
salt and pepper
An ovenproof dish
- Preheat oven to 210°C
- In the bottom of an ovenproof dish, mix the olive oil, honey, lemon cut into thin slices, garlic cloves peeled and cut in 2 and spread the mixture. Place the lamb shoulder on top and season generously with salt and pepper.
- Place in the oven for 1 hour and turn the shoulder halfway through cooking.
