Leg of lamb from Adret

Dry sausage with truffles (3%) - gluten and lactose free. From Agrisalumeria Luiset in Piedmont italy. The farmer breeds his own pigs and prepare the meat the traditional way with a minimum amount of preservative. The sausage is approximately 180gr. (It is not sliced)

Beef for fondue chinoise.

Conservation: To be consumed within 2-3 days maximum. To keep in the refrigerator. Be careful not to put the meat in direct contact with other meat/food. Also take care not to mix raw meat with sauces and side dishes. 

Minced beef, 400 g.
